The Diet Journal is Out Now

In a recent post, I shared that self-publishing can be an avenue of creative self-help, and I mentioned that I would be publishing a diet journal soon.

Well, the diet journal is out, I received my copy, and I’m extremely happy with the results. It is the best quality journal I’ve produced. I’m particularly happy with the cover design. I completed the design in Illustrator. After several cover designs, I believe my design skills are improving. I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be as a graphic artist, but I’m on my way.

The interior turned out well too. There’s a small spacing issue that I will correct in my future versions. I’m sure I’ll make more changes after I have used the book for a while. But, again, I seem to be improving.

It’s fun to see an idea come to fruition, and I’m excited to get started on the next one. In the meantime, I’ll be using this journal and will update the blog with my progress.
